- Tempura Flour 0 oz

Step 1
First, prepare the fillets (pike and salmon). Cut them into cubes approximately 5 by 5 cm. Then coat them in flour (preferably tempura flour) and fry in hot oil at 355°F.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables and sauté them in a pan. Add the fried fillets to the pan and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add the sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce. Voila! The dish is ready. Garnish with 2 lemon wedges and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
