Fried Rice with Shrimp and Vegetables
Ingredients
- Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon
- Frozen Vegetable Mix 'Lecho' 5 oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Fish Oil 2 tablespoons
- Rice 10 oz
- Cilantro to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rice in boiling water until cooked. Drain.
Step 2
Heat the sunflower oil in a wok. Add finely chopped onion and vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes over high heat. Add finely chopped garlic and fish sauce. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the rice and shrimp and heat, stirring, for 3-4 minutes. Serve, garnished with cilantro.
