Ingredients

  • Rice 10 oz
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Corn Grits 5 oz
  • Scallions to taste
  • Paprika a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch
  • Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the rice until cooked.

Step 2

In a frying pan, sauté the onion and carrot until golden.

Step 3

Add the chicken, paprika, and pepper to the pan. Sauté for a few minutes until the meat changes color completely.

Step 4

Add the bell pepper, sauté for 2 minutes, then cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until the meat is cooked.

Step 5

Add the cooked rice and corn. Mix and sauté for another 2 minutes.

Step 6

Add the soy sauce and green onion.
