Step 1

Peel the pumpkin and cut it into rectangular sticks (about 2 cm x 4 cm).

Step 2

Finely chop the garlic: do not use a garlic press, but chop it instead.

Step 3

In a skillet, melt the butter, add the pumpkin sticks, and fry on one side, then flip to the other side and sprinkle garlic on each piece, frying until the second side is cooked. Before removing from the heat, mix everything together. Serve hot.
