- Cumin Seeds 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Chopped Cilantro (Coriander) 1 bunch
- Lemon 1 piece

Step 1
Prepare the potatoes by steaming or boiling them, then dry them thoroughly.

Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick skillet, add the seeds, and wait for them to start popping.
Step 3
Immediately add the potatoes and stir. Fry, stirring, until golden brown on the edges, then add black pepper and season well with salt.

Continue frying until the potatoes are completely covered with a golden crust. Add the cilantro and serve with a wedge of lemon.
