- Champignons 10 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
Step 2
Heat sunflower oil in a skillet, add the potatoes, and fry uncovered for 5–10 minutes over medium-high heat. Stir occasionally.
Step 3
Dice the onion and sauté it in a separate pan until golden brown, then add it to the potatoes and continue frying for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in a separate pan for 5 minutes. Add to the potatoes with the onions, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
