- Doctor's Sausage 10 oz

- Scallions 1 piece

- Bacon 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a hot skillet, sauté the onion in butter (30 g) until golden, add the sausage and fry until light brown.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in another skillet with butter (30 g), fry the chopped bacon until crispy, add the potatoes and fry until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Separately, fry 2 eggs in vegetable oil until the whites are firm and the yolks are runny.
Step 4
Combine the potatoes with bacon in one skillet with the sausage and onion, mix, add chopped dill and green onion, and sauté all together for 1 minute. Transfer to a preheated cast iron skillet and top with 2 eggs.
