
Fried Potatoes with Curry

Description
If desired, you can serve it sprinkled with black ground pepper. However, in my opinion, it turns out quite spicy as it is.
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes, wrap them in plastic wrap, and place them in the microwave at 600 watts for 3 minutes.
Step 2
While the potatoes are still hot, thinly peel them and cut them into large serving pieces.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, sauté the garlic and onion.
Step 4
Add the potatoes, butter, curry powder, and salt. Fry until cooked through.
