Fried Potatoes with Chanterelles and Onions
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 8 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks (I use a special tool that makes very even potato sticks).
Step 2
Wash the mushrooms well, dry them, and cut them (not finely; if the chanterelles are small, you can leave them whole, large ones should be cut into 3-4 pieces).
Step 3
Dice the onion.
Step 4
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the potatoes, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Add the onion to the partially cooked potatoes, mix. After a few minutes, add the chanterelles. Stir.
Step 6
Cook the potatoes until done. When serving, sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped parsley.
