Description

I also added a mix of 'grain' punchpooran: equal parts cumin, fennel seeds, fenugreek, black mustard seeds, and onion. But that's just a suggestion; you can skip it.

Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin 10 oz
  • Swiss chard leaves 5 oz
  • Sweet Red Onion 1 piece
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Fish Oil to taste
  • Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels and cut it into thin strips.

Step 2

In hot oil, fry the pork until golden brown, then add the sliced sweet onion, chili, fish sauce, pepper, and salt.

Step 3

Once the onion becomes soft, add the Swiss chard and stir the contents of the pan. When the Swiss chard wilts, remove from heat.
