Fried Pork with Peanuts and Ginger

Ingredients

  • Chicken Broth 0 fl oz
  • Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
  • Rice Vinegar for Sushi 0 fl oz
  • Corn Starch 0 oz
  • Grated Ginger Root 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 0 oz
  • Green onion tops 5 pieces
  • Pork Skewers 20 oz
  • Roasted Peanuts 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the broth, soy sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch.

Step 2

In a wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add grated ginger and finely chopped white parts of the green onions. Sauté until the onions are soft, about 1 minute.

Step 3

Add the sliced meat to the wok and fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Step 4

Add the broth mixture and 60 g of peanuts. Cook, stirring, until the sauce slightly thickens. If the sauce is too thick, add more broth.

Step 5

Serve, garnished with chopped green onions and remaining peanuts.
