- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Rosemary 1 sprig
- Thyme 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Clean the pike perch from scales and gut it.
Step 3
Cut the fish into fillets, and then cut the fillets into portion-sized pieces.

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
Step 5
Add whole cloves of garlic, sprigs of thyme, and rosemary to the oil.

Fry for 5 minutes over low heat, ensuring the garlic and herbs do not burn but release their aroma.

Remove the garlic and herbs from the oil, increase the heat, and place the fish in the skillet skin side down.
