Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms 20 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Rosemary 2 tablespoons
- Pistachios 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In melted butter, sauté the mushrooms cut into large pieces and crushed garlic for 4–5 minutes, then add the wine. Transfer to a ceramic dish and bake in a preheated oven at 430°F for another 15 minutes.
Step 2
Season the cooked mushrooms with the juice of half a lemon and half of the chopped rosemary.
Step 3
Sprinkle on top with a mixture of the remaining rosemary, lemon zest, and toasted pine nuts, and serve warm.
