
Fried Marinated Halibut

- Onion 1 head
- Halibut 30 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Clarified Butter 2 tablespoons
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Lemon 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vinegar essence 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the halibut into 8 portion-sized pieces with skin, but without bones. Season each piece with salt and pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped onion, and drizzle with vinegar. Place in the refrigerator for two hours.
Step 2
Dredge the marinated fish in flour and fry in butter on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
Place the fried fish on a serving dish, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, and drizzle with melted butter from the pan. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
