Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead the dough from yeast, flour, and water.
Step 2
Add finely chopped lamb, diced onion, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Mix well.
Step 3
Roll out the dough thinly, cut into 10x10 cm squares, place the prepared filling in the center of each square, and shape the manti.
Step 4
Fry the prepared manti in heated lamb fat, add tomato paste, broth, vinegar, and simmer until cooked under a closed lid. Drizzle the finished manti with the juice formed during cooking.
