  • Ground Black Pepper 0.5 teaspoons
  • Peanut Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Thyme 2 sprigs

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Add butter and thyme to the skillet and fry the lamb for another 15-20 minutes, turning until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 130°F. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes. Then cut each piece in half between the bones.

Step 2

Arrange on plates and serve with cabbage.

Cut the lamb into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat peanut oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the meat. Fry for about 6 minutes until golden brown.
