Ingredients
- Pork Blood 15 oz
- Kimchi Pasta 20 oz
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Sesame Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into pieces 0.5 cm thick and 2.5 cm wide.
Step 2
Chop the kimchi into pieces 1.5–2 cm wide.
Step 3
Cut the green onion into lengths of 2.5 cm.
Step 4
Place the meat in a preheated pan and fry thoroughly.
Step 5
Then add the kimchi, sesame oil, salt, mix, and fry everything for 20 minutes, then cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes.
Step 6
Add the green onion and lightly fry for another 3 minutes.
