Ingredients

  • Beef hoof 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 1 teaspoon
  • Clarified Butter 1 teaspoon
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 2 teaspoons
  • Onion ¼ head
  • Parsley to taste
  • Bay leaf to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the heart into pieces weighing 30 grams. Coat in pepper and salt and fry together with finely chopped onion.

Step 2

Add tomato paste and simmer.

Step 3

Drain the liquid and make a sauce from it by adding the fried flour.

Step 4

Pour the sauce over the heart, bring to a boil, add garlic, and salt. Add the bay leaf 10 minutes before cooking is complete.

Step 5

Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
