Ingredients
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Gnocchi 30 oz
- Béchamel sauce 1 cup
- Goat cheese ¼ cup
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet, add thinly sliced mushrooms and sauté for a while until the mushrooms start to caramelize. Transfer to a plate.
Step 2
In the skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add the gnocchi and fry until golden brown, then remove from heat.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, combine the béchamel sauce and both cheeses. Place over low heat and stir until the cheese melts. Add the parsley and remove from heat.
Step 4
Mix the gnocchi with the sauce, sprinkle with mushrooms, and serve.
