Ingredients
- Flounder 1 piece
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Salt 0 oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Bay leaf 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
- Onion 1 head
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut one large thawed flounder into 4 pieces, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with apple cider vinegar, add bay leaves, and let marinate for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Dredge each piece of flounder in flour and fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Julienne the carrot and onion, sauté in vegetable oil until softened, then place on top of the flounder, add the remaining marinade juice along with the bay leaves and sour cream. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with your choice of side dish. Garnish with parsley.
