Description
Residents of coastal regions typically know how to handle various types of fish, including flounder. However, people from the central regions may find this fish rather surprising. The simplest way to prepare and enjoy flounder is to fry it. Here’s how to do it.

- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Butter 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients
Step 2
Beat the egg with a fork and mix it with salt and pepper.

Step 6
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.

At the very end of cooking, add a little butter to give it a creamy flavor.
Step 9
Remove the flounder from the skillet.
Step 10
Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
