- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Scallions 2 pieces
- Grated Lemon Zest 2 teaspoons
- Lime Juice 2 teaspoons
- Sole fillets 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Butter 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, cilantro, green onions, lime zest, and lime juice.
Step 2
Season 4 fish fillets (115 g each, originally tilapia) with salt and pepper on both sides. Dredge in flour.
Step 3
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Fry the fillets on both sides until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with the prepared sauce.
