- Honey 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste

Step 1
Clean the fish and gut it.

Rinse well and salt.
Step 3
Dredge in flour and fry on both sides in a hot skillet with oil.
Step 4
Crush the cranberries and squeeze the juice into a small pot.
Step 5
Add warmed honey and reduce over low heat until almost halved.
Step 6
