Ingredients

  • Sole fillets 20 oz
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the fish fillet, then cut it into medium-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, and add your choice of spices.

Step 2

While the fish is marinating, prepare the batter. Beat the eggs, add salt, pour in the milk, and mix well. Then gradually add the flour, continuously stirring the batter. Make sure there are no lumps.

Step 3

Place the fish in a preheated skillet, having first dipped it in the batter.

Step 4

Sauté in sunflower oil over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Then flip to the other side and cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
