Ingredients
- Fish 25 oz
- Onion 3 heads
- Carrot 4 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse and clean the fish from scales and entrails, separate the head, spine, and bones. Cut the prepared fish into pieces about 4–5 centimeters wide and salt them so that the fish does not fall apart while frying.
Step 2
In a skillet with heated oil, place the fish and fry until golden brown, carefully flipping it.
Step 3
In a separate skillet, sauté the grated carrot and diced onion. Simmer over medium heat to prevent burning.
Step 4
Add the carrot-onion sauté to the fish and mix gently, lifting the pieces carefully to avoid breaking. The fish can be served hot or cold under the marinade. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
