Fried Dumplings Uzbek Style
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Meat 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Onion 5 heads
- Water 5 fl oz
- Salt 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide

Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 mm and cut into squares of 4x4 cm.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Pass the meat through a meat grinder. Chop the onion into thin rings, mix with the meat, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Heat the pan to about 210°F, then add the filling and fry, stirring constantly until juice is released. Cover with a lid and cool the filling in the same pan to room temperature.
Step 4
Place a teaspoon of filling on each cut piece of dough, shape the dumplings, and fry them in hot oil.
Step 5
Crack the egg into a large bowl, add water and a teaspoon of salt, beat until smooth, gradually adding flour to knead the dough. Cover with a napkin and let it rest for 10–25 minutes.
