  • Courgette 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the prepared chicken into 4 pieces, score the tendons at the joints of the legs and wings, spread them out, and lightly pound with a mallet.

Step 2

Then season with salt, sprinkle with pepper, place skin side down in a preheated shallow pot with oil, and fry. After that, turn over, fry the other side, add two tablespoons of sour cream, cover the pot with a lid, and finish cooking the chickens on low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Separately, fry the tomatoes, cut in half, and the zucchini, peeled and sliced into rounds.

Step 4

When serving, place the cooked chickens on a warmed dish and garnish with the fried zucchini and tomato slices, drizzle with the strained juice obtained during frying, and sprinkle with parsley or dill.
