Step 1

Prepare the chickens, season with salt, and fry on all sides in a heated skillet or in a shallow pot with oil.

Step 2

After frying, place the chickens in the oven. If you do not have an oven, add 1-2 tablespoons of water to the skillet, cover with a lid, and finish cooking the chickens on low heat for 20-30 minutes.

Step 3

Cut the cooked chickens into pieces, arrange them on a plate, drizzle with the strained juice obtained during frying, and garnish with sprigs of parsley or lettuce.

Step 4

You can serve a salad separately - a green salad or one made from vegetables and fruits, a potato salad, or a salad with celery.
