Fried Chicken with Pasta and Parsley
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Pasta (corkscrew) 15 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese ½ cup
- Parsley 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mild Chili Spice ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Step 2
Rub the chicken meat with salt and pepper and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Cut into pieces.
Step 3
In a hot skillet with olive oil, sauté the finely chopped garlic until fragrant, add the red pepper and pasta. Mix well and fry for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the pasta to a plate, add the chicken. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Drizzle with the juice of one lemon. Before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
