  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
  • Macadamia Nuts 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Frozen vegetables 'Hawaiian mix' 20 oz
  • Grated Ginger Root 0 oz
  • Black Bean Paste 5 fl oz
  • Cilantro 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat a wok over high heat. Pour in half of the oil and spread it over the surface. Add diced chicken breasts and fry for 5 minutes, then add cashews and ginger and cook for another 2 minutes, adding a little water. Transfer the chicken mixture to a plate.

Step 2

Wash the wok and heat it again. Pour in the remaining oil and add the vegetables. Fry for 3 minutes, then add the black bean sauce and a little water, heat slightly, and add the chicken. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with rice.
