Ingredients
- Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
- Asparagus 25 oz
- Scallions 4 stalks
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Grated Ginger Root 2 spoons
- Sweet Chili Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Oyster Mushrooms 1 tablespoon
- Salted crackers ¼ glasses
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the asparagus cut into small pieces and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Then add the diced chicken breast and sauté, stirring, for another 4 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in the ginger, chopped green onions, oyster sauce, and chili sauce. Cook, stirring, for another 1-2 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 4
Add the pistachios and serve immediately.
