
Fried Chicken Liver with Onions and Spices

Description
The liver is cooked over high heat; it's better to use a wok instead of a frying pan for preparation.
Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Red Long Chili Peppers a pinch
- Toasted Cumin Seeds a pinch
- Ground coriander a pinch
- Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
- Raw cane sugar 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Liver 20 oz
- Soy Sauce 2 spoons
- Cilantro 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour vegetable oil and a little sesame oil into the wok.
Step 2
Add the spices and sauté over high heat, making sure not to burn the spices. Add the onion, sliced into thick half-rings, sprinkle with brown sugar, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Wash the liver, dry it, and add it to the onions. After 5 minutes, pour in the soy sauce.
Step 4
Sauté the liver until cooked through, add dill or parsley, and let the liver rest for a moment.
