Mix the sour cream, soy sauce, and spices thoroughly. Coat the chicken legs with the resulting sauce, making sure to cover all sides, and leave in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes.
Step 2
Place the legs on an oiled skillet and fry over medium heat for about 20 minutes on both sides until golden brown (the more often you turn them, the more evenly they will cook). Then pour in hot water, cover with a lid, and simmer, turning occasionally, for another 15 minutes.
