- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken, grate the garlic on a fine grater.
Step 2
Rub the chicken with lemon juice, garlic, and salt, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, place the chicken at the bottom. Close the lid. Set the steam valve to position 'I'. Select the 'Fry' program, product type 'Poultry', cooking time 15 minutes. Press the 'Start' button. Cook until the program ends, occasionally turning the chicken.
