- Water ½ glasses
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the chicken hearts completely if they were frozen. Rinse them thoroughly under running water. Remove the thin transparent membrane.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add the hearts. Sauté for 5–7 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the onion and carrot, then slice them into thin half-rings.
Step 4
When a crust forms on the hearts, add the onion and carrot. Sauté for 5–7 minutes, until the onion is golden.

Step 6
Season with salt and add spices to taste. Remove from heat and serve the dish hot.
