  • "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" 5 oz
  • Yakiniku sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp 8 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Canned Corn 2 tablespoons
  • Snap Peas 5 pieces
  • Scallions 2 stalks
  • Rice 0 oz
  • Egg white 2 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the chicken with the yakitori sauce using your hands for a few minutes. Let it marinate for 30 minutes. Cut the chicken into diagonal strips, reserving the marinade.

Step 2

Heat a wok over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until it starts to smoke, then add the vegetable oil. Add the shrimp, corn, cut peas, sliced mushrooms, and green onion, followed by the chicken. Mix everything well and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Add the lightly beaten eggs and fry until they are cooked.

Step 3

Meanwhile, cook the rice in boiling water. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Step 4

Place the rice in a pan. Add salt and soy sauce and cook until the rice is heated through. Divide into 2 bowls.
