Description
Very delicious when served with fresh tomatoes drizzled with mayonnaise or sour cream. This softens the spiciness.
Ingredients
- Chicken bones 2 pieces
- Chicken Thighs 2 pieces
- Canned Pork with Beans 1 can
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 teaspoon
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat sunflower oil in a skillet, adding salt, black pepper, and red pepper.
Step 2
Dry the chicken legs and thighs with paper towels and fry until partially cooked.
Step 3
Chop the bell pepper coarsely, drain the liquid from the corn and beans, and grate the ginger finely.
Step 4
Add the pepper, beans, corn, and ginger to the chicken. Cover with a lid, reduce the heat, and simmer until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
At the end, add the green onions, chopped coarsely.
