  • Carrot 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Chicken fillet 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Sugar 0 oz
  • Chuka Salad 0 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the carrots into sticks and place them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Brush the carrots with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar, and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 13 minutes.

Step 2

Coat the fish fillet in flour and fry it in vegetable oil until it's partially cooked.

Step 3

Place the fish in the oven for 7–8 minutes.

Step 4

Boil fresh peas and blend until smooth.

Step 5

Place the pea puree on a plate, add the carrots beside it, top with the fish, and place the chuka next to it.
