- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Sour Cream 2.5 tablespoons
- Dill to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Clean the mushrooms from dirt, rinse thoroughly, drain in a colander, place in a skillet with melted butter, and fry.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in the butter. Then add the sautéed onion to the mushrooms and continue to simmer everything together for 40–50 minutes.
Step 3
After that, add sour cream to the mushrooms and simmer for 10–15 minutes; when serving, sprinkle the mushrooms with pepper and dill.
