Ingredients

  • Celery salt 1 piece
  • Sumac ½ teaspoon
  • Mild Chili Spice ½ teaspoon
  • Herbes de Provence ½ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
  • Butter 1½ pieces
  • Lime Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Flaky sea salt a pinch
  • Ocean salt to taste

Peel the celery root.
