Ingredients
- Carp 2 pieces
- Onion 4 heads
- Milk 25 fl oz
- Wheat Flour to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Bay leaf to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the carp into pieces, season with salt and pepper, coat in flour, and fry until almost cooked.
Step 3
Slice the onion into half rings.
Step 4
Layer the onion and carp in a pot.
Step 5
Add salt, pepper, bay leaf, pour in the milk, and simmer for 10–15 minutes on low heat.
Step 6
Serve 30 minutes after cooking or as a cold dish.
