Step 1
Clean the fish, gut it, rinse it, and cut it into portion-sized pieces with skin and bones.
Step 2
If desired, you can separate the fillet (without skin and bones). Sprinkle the pieces with salt and pepper, coat them in flour, place them in a pan with heated oil, and fry on both sides until a crispy golden crust forms.
Step 3
Serve the cooked fish drizzled with oil. Fried potatoes make a great side dish.
