Description
The liver can also be prepared with onions, which should be sliced into rings, sautéed in heated oil, and placed on top of the liver slices or served with a sour cream sauce with onions.

- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Liver 20 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the liver, remove the membranes and bile ducts, cut into slices about 1 cm thick, season with salt, sprinkle with pepper, coat in flour, and fry for 10-12 minutes in a preheated skillet with oil.
Step 2
Place the cooked liver on a serving dish, drizzle with melted butter and the juices from frying. On each slice of liver, you can place a fried slice of smoked pork belly on top.
Step 3
Serve with fried potatoes, boiled potatoes, or mashed potatoes as a side dish.
