Fried calamari with garlic and parsley
Ingredients
- Squid 30 oz
- Mild Chili Spice ½ pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parsley 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Champagne Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Beans to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the squid by removing the membranes and the internal cartilage.
Step 2
Cut the squid into pieces about 4 cm on each side. Make crisscross cuts on the inner side.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic, chili, and parsley. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Step 4
Heat a pan with vegetable and olive oil.
Step 5
Add garlic and chili to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds.
Step 6
Add the squid and sauté over high heat, stirring, for another 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Add vinegar and butter. Stir until the butter melts.
Step 8
At the very end, add chopped parsley and cherry tomatoes, and stir.
Step 9
Serve immediately with a slice of toasted bread.
