Step 1

Wash the meat (thin or thick edge), clean it from tendons, cut into portion-sized pieces, and pound with a meat mallet. Sprinkle the pounded pieces of meat with salt and pepper, place them on a hot skillet with oil, and fry until a golden crust forms on both sides.

Step 2

Serve with fried potatoes (or potatoes in milk) and grated horseradish. Drizzle the meat with the juices obtained during frying and melted butter. Sprinkle the potatoes with finely chopped parsley or dill.
