- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 3 pieces
- Asparagus 10 oz
- Broccoli 10 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Scallions 6 stalks
- Egg noodles for wok 5 oz
- Soy Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a wok over high heat. Add the chopped bacon and fry for 2 minutes, stirring.
Step 2
Add the chopped asparagus and broccoli, thinly sliced garlic, and chopped green onion. Stir-fry for 1 minute, then add the noodles and a spoonful of water. Cover and cook for 4 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Step 3
Stir and serve with soy sauce.
