- 10% cream to taste
- Skim Milk to taste
- Breadcrumbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Lightly blanch 150 grams of asparagus (about 5 pieces per serving) and trim the tough ends to the middle.
Step 2
Whisk the raw egg, cream, and milk together.
Step 3
Dip the asparagus into the prepared mixture and coat it in breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Fry at 355°F until golden brown.
Step 5
Sauce: mix cream and truffle oil, and season with salt to taste.
Step 6
Before serving, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
