Ingredients
- Frozen green bean pods 5 oz
- Frozen green bean pods 5 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ramiro Pepper 1 piece
- Habanero Pepper 0 oz
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Red Wine Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Toasted Sesame 2 tablespoons
- Black sesame seeds to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the pepper into small cubes.
Step 2
In a heated pan, add the beans and peas to the oil.
Step 3
Add the diced pepper and stir.
Step 4
Finely chop the hot pepper and add it to the stew.
Step 5
After 3 minutes, chop the tomatoes roughly and add them to the stew. Stir.
Step 6
After 2 minutes, reduce the heat to medium and pour in the soy sauce.
Step 7
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and stir again.
Step 8
Coarsely chop the garlic and add it to the stew. Stir.
Step 9
After a minute, add the mustard and wine vinegar. Stir and remove from heat.
Step 10
Transfer to a deep dish, sprinkle with white and black sesame seeds, and serve.
