Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Tomatoes 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Chili Flakes to taste
- Scallions to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat oil in a skillet and place the turkey on high heat. Sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Flip and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 4
Spread mustard and mayonnaise on the steak.
Step 5
Thinly slice the onion.
Step 6
Place the onion slices on the turkey. Add pepper.
Step 7
Thinly slice the tomato and season with salt.
Step 8
Place the tomato on the steak.
Step 9
Layer the thinly sliced cheese and sprinkle with chili.
Step 10
Cover with a lid and simmer for another 5–7 minutes on low heat.
Step 11
Transfer to a plate, garnish with green onion, and serve.
