  • Chicken fillet 20 oz
  • Onion 4 pieces
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Cheese Spread 10 oz
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the turkey fillet into thin slices and place them in a bowl, sprinkling with spices and salt. Then cover with a lid, place a weight on top, and let marinate for 25–30 minutes.

Slice the tomatoes into rounds and the onion into rings.

Grate the cheese.

Step 4

Place a sheet of foil on a baking tray. Evenly arrange the turkey slices in one layer, lightly spreading mayonnaise on top. Then add a layer of onion and a layer of tomatoes. Finally, sprinkle everything with cheese. Bake in the oven for about an hour: first at high heat, then at low heat.

Step 5

Serve the dish hot, garnished with herbs.
